I raise Mini Aussies that have both working and show lines. All of my dogs are AKC or MASCA registered. I strive to breed for only the best in what the Mini Australian Shepherd has to offer! Many of my pups have gone to working and show homes.

Other than having a very small number of dogs in my home I am also a Special Education Teacher. I completed my college degrees with a Bachleors in Pre ~Law Criminal Justice, Kinesiology, and my Teachers Certification in Special Education with special emphasize on children who are hearing impaired. Many of our dogs are trained with not only verbal commands but with American Sign Language as well. I was a K-9 handler in search and rescue for several years with my first pure bred aussies Skeeter. Skeeter has been retired for 5 years. When I retired Skeeter I had the great honor of meeting Tonya Nance of TonKa's Aussies. I purchased Cutter from her and he instantly caught the attention of fellow K-9 handlers on our search and rescue team. I decided that I wanted a carbon copy of Cutter and thus JEMS aussies was born. We are a small kennel located in North Central Texas, and our kennel although established around Cutter Ben Cruzin, has since branched out into other bloodlines and continued to grow and flourish. Cutter now passes his brains and beauty on to his off spring. Cutter was retired from Search and Rescue to become my full time partner at home on the farm and my lead stud dog. All of our dogs are our pets first and foremost. Everyone of our dogs has a job and will continue to work for and with us. Below are some pictures from around our farm and some just for fun.
